Menus at the Redesdale Arms Hotel are a blend of modern international cooking and traditional British favourites, delicious when given a contemporary twist by our team in the Kitchen. Eat in one of our refurbished Restaurants, on the Garden Terrace or in the Bar next to the log fires. We use the finest local ingredients including Cotswold meat and locally grown vegetables in many of our dishes, with daily specials including Local Game and Fresh Cornish Seafood.

AA Inspectors annually award Rosettes to restaurants for the quality of their food. We have been awarded an AA Rosette for our Restaurants every year since 2007 .

Our head chef, Daniel Ciobotiaru has worked with us for over twelve months and is dedicated and passionate about his food and the satisfaction of our guests.

He insists on buying from local small producers, such as local “Checketts Cotswold Family Butchers” where we buy all our meat and locally grown vegetables.

Fish delivered direct daily from Looe, Brixham, Newlyn and Plymouth fish markets courtesy of Flying Fish Seafood’s, based in Newlyn Cornwall.
