Menus at the Redesdale Arms Hotel are a blend of modern international cooking and traditional British favourites, delicious when given a contemporary twist by our team in the Kitchen. Eat in one of our refurbished Restaurants, on the Garden Terrace or in the Bar next to the log fires. We use the finest local ingredients including Cotswold meat and locally grown vegetables in many of our dishes, with daily specials including Local Game and Fresh Cornish Seafood.

AA Inspectors annually award Rosettes to restaurants for the quality of their food. We have been awarded an AA Rosette for our Restaurants every year since 2007 .

We are proud to announce our new chef.

Our New "head chef", Jake Partridge is born and bred in North Cornwall. Therefore it is no surprise that Cornish Fish features heavily on his specials boards.

He insists on a daily delivery from Looe, Brixham, Newlyn or Plymouth fish markets courtesy of Flying Fish Seafood’s, based in Newlyn Cornwall.

Trained at Jamie's Oliver's "Fifteen" in Watergate Bay, he then moved up to " The Cotswold's" where most recently working at The Broadway Hotel before joining us this Spring.

Using his passion for the sea and using the best of local meats supplied by “Checketts Cotswold Family Butchers” where we buy all our meat and locally grown vegetables, Jake aims to offer you a balanced and interesting eating experience.
